I confirmed my appointment on the phone and asked about the 20% off for first time customer and was told that yes it will apply. The treatment went well but when came the time to pay i was told the discount wont apply because i booked via Treatwell and not them. The lady who did my nails was nice but the manager who i got to talk to on the phone was rude and impolite when i asked about why confirming on the phone and advertising the discount on social media without adding the exception for treatwell. They said to book from them for the discount but their website lead directly to the treatwell app for bookings. Makes no sense they’re just greedy and rude wont be coming again.
