Upon exiting after paying, realised I had only been treated for 20 minutes rather than the booked 30 minutes.
The massage was also an extremely light touch, to the point that I received zero benefit from it.
Not recommended.

Eszter was lovely. She was such a perfectionist with my nails and was amazing and incredibly accommodating. Everyone is complimenting me on how pretty my nails are. I love them!!

As soon as I arrived I was warmly greeted and offered a drink. All the staff were very friendly and said hello. Tatyana was my manicurist. She was very professional and thorough. I was extremely pleased with end result and have no hesitation to book again.
