Massive issue with the colour of the varnish I chose (incorrect colour applied) and without telling me upgraded me to a rubber overlay. An extra £15 on top of what I’d paid on line and made me pay this even though I had not been asked whether I wanted it. What was supposed to be enjoyable turned out to be stressful and completely unenjoyable. Will not return.

Upon exiting after paying, realised I had only been treated for 20 minutes rather than the booked 30 minutes.
The massage was also an extremely light touch, to the point that I received zero benefit from it.
Not recommended.

Eszter was lovely. She was such a perfectionist with my nails and was amazing and incredibly accommodating. Everyone is complimenting me on how pretty my nails are. I love them!!
