I had a massage booked that cancelled short notice so this was an impromptu booking (based on being able to see me short notice, and cost!). The treatment was so lovely and definitely great value for money.

I booked online an Acrylic infill.
It was until halfway through treatment I realised they were doing Biab- as they don’t do acrylic at all!
As the process takes a lot longer- I missed hospital appointment and got a parking ticket.
The infills tool 1.45mins!!!!!!!!
I emailed the company and was ignored
