I was welcomed really warmly, and helped to pick my nail colours. Alma checked that I was happy with every aspect as she did it, length, shape of nails, colour. Great service!

The salon wasn't clean or tidy. The staff weren't wearing facemasks. The decor felt faded - maybe it once looked nice, but not anymore. The manicurist was very friendly and the manicure was alright - other than the suspect cleanliness of the tools. I didn't let my nails dry for long enough because I simply wanted to leave, so they smudged.
