Ella perfectly nice and competent therapist. Fundamental issue is with the salon's chaotic mis-management. Appointment booked with Ella changed at last minute, not even the basic courtesy of a phone call, just an email sent to say 'take it or leave it'. Salon owner contacted, but unable to grasp how the service sector works. Disappointing given appt booked far in advance. Better-run places exist locally so if you have a preference don't expect Daisys to bother accommodating a request.

A super experience! I was welcomed and my vegan gel rubber nails look incredible and took 45 mins. Everyone was friendly and very professional. A great place. I wish I lived closer or I would go every time. Thank you so much....Michelle

Ching did a good job on my hands - I work in hospitality so the bar is high 🤣 she managed to give my battered nails some some shaping, but the layers of gel polish were a tad too thick and she didn't wrap the tips, but one week later they're still looking good!

The staff were lovely, but I was extremely disappointed with my manicure. The polish was sheer and poorly applied, and there was a lot of dry skin and loose cuticles which I would have expected to be removed during the manicure. The pedicure was also done badly and it was not worth the money.
