Alma has been fantastic, nice, professional, she has an eye for detail, and she is very gentle. I love professionals who put the customer at their ease and she definitely did it. Also my manicure is perfect and my nails look great.
I didn't know she was going to be my nail technician on this occasion, but I'll request her next time!
