My appointment was 11am but unfortunately I didn't sit down till more than half an hour later and this was without any explanation or apology. Someone else was using the chair for a pedicure so my toes were done at the nail station which is not ideal. However the treatement itself by the therapist was excellent 5* removal of shellac and re-done.
