One eye has different lenght extentions to the other eye, which created a lazy eye effect. I have thick clumps of glue on top of my lashes! Something went wrong and the beautician called another one to lean over me and check the work and they were brushing my lashes and discussing in their language. I heard them use scissors on my lashes and I can see how some of them in the inner corner of my right eye have been trimmed as probably the wrong lenght was chosen or they couldn't be bothered to properly take off my pre-existing extensions. I'm under the impression they are not or should not be qualified to do this.

THESE ARE NOT EYELASH EXTENSIONS they are clusters of lashes. On the description it states ‘ placed individually onto each natural lash’ which was not done. When I told the women I was unhappy with it she wasn’t bothered to change it. The description is lying. The service is not what I paid for.
