This is the first time I've ever had my nails done and so I was looking forward to it but didn't really know the process. I booked in for gel extensions. My nail tech only said a couple of words to me through the whole treatment so it was quite awkward and felt uncomfortable to ask what was happening. Since, I've discussed with some friends and I'm certain acrylics were applied, not gels. I had researched the pros/cons and booked gels to avoid damage and so I am quite upset.
