Charged me extra for “glitter” on my nails even though the polish was a glitter polish. Another customer while I was there was charged 27£ for a wax and tint. Asked for coffin shaped nails and was told no that they wouldn’t suit me. Lashes came out nice but the nail lady is a bit rude
