I’ve always had glitter on the bottom of my nails at every appointment never been charged extra, at my last appointment was charged an extra £21 for a bit of glitter it wasn’t even out the tub was a varnish, hasn’t even lasted a week and chipped

This is the second time I’ve booked an appointment and have been told that there would be a wait of up to 50mins . I waited the first time but on this occasion my appointment was for 9.30am today for both shellac manicure and spa pedicure. I am going on holiday tomorrow and have booked other appointments as it’s my only day off. No explanation no apology . Received an email from Treatwell stating I was a “no show” when I was there for 9.20am . What is the point of using the booking system. ?
