I go there because they are good at their job and I haven't found any other salon as professional and experienced, but I will stop going. The first time I had to wait for more than an hour. This time my appointment was at 10:30 and they made me wait until 12:15. I had booked a shellac mani and pedicure. I had taken the morning off from work to have a relaxing pampering morning. I ended up doing only basic pedicure with no polish and no manicure because it was too late.

I was made to wait for over an hour after my appointment time appt, very little reassurance or communication nor an apology as to why so late. When i had my nails done with shellac i was happy with the result. I was concerned as many staff didnt wear masks or if they did they would pull them down to speak... no hand sanitiser and not really adhereing to covid precautions
