The lash lift didn’t work , when I said it to the girl , she got another colleague in to look at them and she said they were lovely . They look the same as when I walked in , I had already paid but wasn’t offered any refund or to fix them . £40 wasted

I’ve been here three times now, and each time is just as good as the last. The ladies here are incredibly friendly and talented, and always do exactly what I want; I always get compliments on my lashes from here. Even my partner who isn’t a fan of lashes loves them! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, what I really love is that the lashes last for 4 weeks before needing redoing, and the lash techs get it done in an hour, not like some places where it takes over 2.5 hours!
