Booked in for a eyebrow wax ,the finished result was great and I was very happy with the way they looked but I didn’t get done until 30mins after my appointment time and then the woman who I think was in charge pulled the therapist away to assist with a payment and I was left lying on the treatment bed until someone else took over the treatment,which isn’t very professional in my eyes. I will probably use again because like I said the results where great
