I had a bad experience months ago with long wait times and rude service, so I left unfinished. I was hesitant to return, but I’m so glad I did. Unable to get an appointment anywhere else for the time I needed I hesitantly rebooked and this time was completely different! my nails are beautiful, exactly what I wanted, and my pedicure is perfect. The staff member was kind, attentive, and very detailed, which truly shows in the results. I’m glad I gave this salon a second chance!

I have had BIABS here twice before and was pleased with the result. Unfortunately the nail technician on this occasion was inexperienced and had to ask a colleague for advice on a number of occasions. Within 2 days 4 of the nails have simply slipped off! Clearly not bonded properly. I rang to see if they could be redone. I arranged to come in at 930 so having a late start for work. It is now 950 and there is no one to see me ( the technician is apparently running late ). I have had no apology.

booked with Goli but it was someone else, clearly a trainee. not a good job, nails are thick and uneven and were lifting within 24hrs, and filed my nailbed so much it has been quite painful. I didnt hav time to complain and have fixed as it took ages
