I booked a 13:15 appointment today (Sunday 10th Aug) because the salon showed availability ALL DAY and ALL Monday 11th. After dragging myself there exhausted from night shifts, had 3 hours sleep, had travel plans for 16:00, I still arrived early, only to told she’s away until Tuesday 12th. No notice, just a complete waste of my time and made day much more difficult than already was going to be. Lucky I hadnt prepaid, don’t show availability if you’re not available.
