Visited here twice for lashes , first of all you are not in a room you are behind a see through curtain it's a bit awkward as everyone can see what your having done etc, I've had lashes done for a very long time so I thought I'd give it a try the first visit the lady told me I didn't have many lashes so she would do what she could unfortunately I did have to complain as she didn't cover all my lashes and they were very gappy they were probably the worst lashes I'd ever see I was mortified so I got them taken off and I thought I'd wait for my lashes to grow and go back again as the staff really are lovely the second visit she told me she can't do them as they haven't grown (i did leave them 3 weeks) the salon did give me a refund straight away which was really good! However I did get my lashes done somewhere else the same day and they were all covered and amazing!! I don't know if the lady just couldn't be bothered to do my lashes as the salon had just opened when I went. The staff are very nice and the decor is beautiful! overall I would probably return for other services
Wonderful experience. Knowledgeable, professional staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I was offered a choice of drinks and felt really chilled out during my treatments. The salon is beautifully decorated and the treatments were great value. I will definitely be returning and recommending to all my friends and family.
Lovely clean and tidy place with beautiful decor. My treatment was good though I've had better. My nail technician was friendly and knowledgeable about my treatment. The only downside is that I felt as if I was being pushed to buy an extra treatment that I didn't actually need.

Lovely staff and salon, the eyebrow wax was brilliant. They only have hot wax (not strip wax) so I really wouldn't recommend getting a large are waxed such as arms. However the staff were really great and I think they are going to invest in warm wax. I'd definitely go back for eyebrow waxing
