Recently decorated and felt really stiff from reaching bending etc. I treated myself to a massage. I found the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I am 5ft 3 but was walking 6 foot plus when I left. Walking upright and with a spring in my step. I will definitely be back. I recommend a Neck back shoulder massage from Noreen.
