I had acrylic removal, my nails were filed down so thin, they feel soft and bendy and a bit sore if I’m honest! Every nail has snapped now because of how thin and close they were filed down to the nail plate, I don’t think the brand used was shellac, by the second day every finger had a chip on them! It hasn’t even been a week yet, my nails look like a three year olds gone at at them and my nails are still sore! I wouldn’t return or recommend:(

I really appreciated the lady that did my nails. She was very kind and very,professional. Understood perfectly well what I wanted. And chose my favorite shellac color that I could not find among all the others. Will keep going there.

I had booked Lily to do my nails but she did someone else's. I watched her doing the other person's nails and she did an amazing job , mine was done in about 35 minutes instead of an hour and I now have a sore toe where I think the skin was torn. I won't go back , I'm disappointed as I have been several times before.
