Unfortunately the place is dirty and it felt rushed - my shellac manicure was ruined in FOUR DAYS (would normally take me 2+ weeks to get to that state in comparison to my usual spot) won't return.

Excellent re-fills, thin enough so they don't look bulky! I usually do my nails back home and all the salons I have tried in London were ok but nothing special. This place is miles above that! They also seem to have a great relationship with their regulars.

I have been coming to D&R nails for over a year now and have always been happy with the service, but recently their standards have dropped. There is constantly a new turn over of staff that don’t seem to know what they are doing. The quality of their work is very sloppy and unprofessional. Today was the last straw for me when the nail tech had his mask beneath his mouth and then spat on my hand as he spoke. Not to mention nipping my skin with the machine multiple times with no apology not once.
