They refused to keep to our time slot, shocking service, so dirty, man sitting next to us was clipping his finger nails, shocking. My husband didn’t have the haircut in the end as they kept us waiting over 30 minutes when we had already paid!We need a refund but they said we had to deal with Treatwell. We have yet to receive a refund from Treatwell as I’m sure they did not approve it.
