I'm a Personal Trainer and had a massive knot in my neck. I hadn't had a massage in years, but I really needed help as it was impeding on my ability to work. I booked a last minute deep tissue massage and it was absolutely amazing. I wouldn't say it was relaxing - deep tissue isn't meant to be. Na really dug in and loosened everything up as much as possible in one visit. I'll probably go back next week to follow up.
