My experience was good but can be better. I would strongly advise that a brighter choice of colour should be used for the towels and bed spread. As the towels looks old and because the colour is brown it made it worst because you can hardly spot how dirty it is. Choice of bedding should be improved the choice of added faded towels is not ideal as it throws people off. Under the table should be kept tidy and I suggest a bowl of lavender oil in water or something should be placed beneath the massage bed so that customers get a good aroma when the lie face down. Brighter colour towels like orange white or sky blue should be suggested. And flip flops should be administered while walking around to take showers instead of bare foot. Plastic flip flops is ideal so that they can be washed after used. Regular changes of utilities used will make it a better experience for service users.
