Facial was amazing, she cleaned my skin and hydrated it so well. I can’t complain about that at all and i will definitely go back. the only reason it is a 4 star is because it was really noisy in the front. not exactly staff’s fault, it is a friendly environment but would be helpful if staff could tell loud customers in reception to quieten down as it does ruin the ambience and relaxation for others😅 It was for at least 10 mins which is too much, but other than that it was perfect!!!
