Lovely people and Krista listened and understood what I was aiming for. Happy with the cut.
I had my hair cut Essi, and she did an absolutely perfect job. I have not been this happy with a haircut in a long time. She has a good knowledge about hair and took her time explaining the haircut before she started. Will definitely go back once it’s time to freshen up!
Although it was an extremely busy Saturday, I was well looked after throughout my time at the salon. Essi was incredibly gentle and completely understood the cut I was after. Krista went above and beyond to get the right tone of my balayage, although I was hit with a slightly more expensive surcharge for toning at the end than was quoted to me at the beginning. Make sure you confirm with your stylist any added charges before agreeing to further treatments. However, I've had so many compliments on my hair so it was worth it!
I had a hair treatment, cut and finish with Krista. The whole experience was great. Krista was really friendly and understood exactly what I wanted. Love my new hair!!
