Ghastly experience that's left e devasted. I went in with stunning blond hair and came out 'pooh colloured' (my kids words) brunette - following correction from the ghastly reddish orange initial result. But the real insult to injury was being charged full price - no small amount. No offer of a reduced rate or discount was offered only a poor apology was for keeping me for 4 hours and the advice that i will need highlights next time. Seriously! Shame. Clearly I won't be going back.
