My teenage daughter had been experimenting with different box hair colours and had gone to dark, she wanted to go lighter but needed help to achieve this.
Shan and the team worked extremely hard to give her the look she wanted and was very attentive all the way through.
My daughter was very happy with her colour and enjoyed the whole experience.
