• Location - Normally in the basement which is a lovely set up! Not this time. We were in a small broom cupboard at the back of the salon WITH NO DOOR (I had a Hollywood!) the ladies tried their best to make it private but I felt very vulnerable and uncomfortable. • Wax - Too hot, I told the lady many times it’s too hot! She burnt me quite badly over and over again! Waxed a part then put hot wax on the same bit, burning me!!! Loads of hairs left, burnt skin, soreness/blistering, wax left on me!
