I was told over the phone that the waxes were done with hot wax and not strip wax, however when I arrived there was only strip wax. Despite this my beautician was very nice although this ambience was slightly less relaxing than other places I have been and maybe a bit less hygienic. However, the wax was very good value especially for central London.
