Hairdresser was lovely and super friendly, and the cut itself was absolutely fine.
Hairwash - I would have liked a mini head massage as well.
I asked for a straight blow dry and she started doing a wavy one. I prefer to get a straight one so I can "see" the cut, rather than having it obscured by curls immediately after.
The blow dry looked absolutely FABULOUS, and lasted all of 5 minutes - I told the hairdresser I have chemically straightened hair, so they should have known it requires more help.
No product was used so 5 minutes later it looked like I did my hair in the dark and got caught in a light drizzle afterwards.
So a few simple things which, if they were done, would have made it 5 stars for me.
