I turned up for my appointment on time and a member of staff advised me they were running about 10 mins late, apologised and offered me a drink while I waited. 30 minutes later I was still waiting and I could see the manicurist next to me still only part way through the previous customer’s treatment. I popped my head around just to ask how long it would be as I couldn’t wait much longer we had to return to work. She was quite rude and just said she was running late with no apology. The customer said she would forgo her nail colour so I didn’t have to wait as long. I sat back down. The owner came over, introduced himself and apologised, which I appreciated, and said my treatment would be on the house. So 40 minutes after my appointment time I had my manicure, which was decent, but I felt that the manicurist was a bit stroppy with me as maybe I had got her into trouble! I think this is a good place but maybe they were just having a bad day! I would go back and give them a second chance and nothing wrong with the treatment and general quality.
