My hairdresser, Seniz, was super nice and welcoming. I was well looked after the entire time. I feel she did a very good job with my Kerastraight treatment and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

The girl who did my nails was extremely cold and made me feel awkward from the offset. I tried to make conversation at the start of the appointment and she would barley respond. she looked like she didn't want to be there and couldn't be bothered. she warmed up a bit throughout the appointment but didn't do the manicure with care and I am not happy with the final result - the varnish set strangley on two nails and I asked her to do them again and she said 'they will be fine' and put another layer on - needless to say they are now bumpy and look absolutely terrible. I don't want to go back to get them re-done as she was so rude the first time I cant face going back for a second time. I was also over charged by £10 which I had to point out. I would not recommend
