Julia is great. She really took the time to understand what I wanted, asked questions to clarify, played with my hair to get a sense of what was going to work and explained it all too me.
When she started cutting she did it gradually to make sure it wasn't too short. styled and gave me rips on how to do it myself.
Perfect isn't it? Being safe is a good feeling, including having a haircut!
