The wax was very thorough and I left feeling like a good job had been done. The room itself is a little tired and could do with a makeover but the treatment itself was good.

Julia was fantastic! She was kind, fun to talk to, and very interested in meeting my needs. She listened to my hair saga, willing to follow my instructions, but was also willing to "take the wheel" and contribute her expertise where my own knowledge of exactly what I wanted failed. Thank you!

This isn't the most relaxing place to have a facial (it's right next to the salon staircase, so there's a lot of footsteps constantly) but for the actual service, you can't go wrong! I felt like all of my skin concerns were addressed and taken into account, and my facial was tailored to what I really needed done on the day (a lot of extractions, etc)
