I had a really good experience at CV Beauty: the beautician took her time to explain what she will be using for my facial after asking me questions about my skin (which felt amazing after this treatment).
She had excellent customer service skills, and I will definitely go back.

Best haircut I’ve had in London and possibly in my life! Really asked and listened for what I wanted and when I was unsure gave excellent advice and guidance. Super helpful, nice balance of chatty to make comfortable and comfortable silences. 100% going back!
