Best haircut I’ve had in London and possibly in my life! Really asked and listened for what I wanted and when I was unsure gave excellent advice and guidance. Super helpful, nice balance of chatty to make comfortable and comfortable silences. 100% going back!

The hairdresser that cut my hair was very nice, but the venue was loud and I was left to wait for a long time. I felt really unwelcome and I don't think I'll return as a result.
