My haircut was with Julia. Before my appointment I'd read lots of excellent reviews about Julia and to my surprise, I have to say, she is as lovely as described in the reviews. I normally dread the fake talk and nosiness (eg. what do you do, upcoming holidays) from hairdressers but I enjoyed talking with Julia as I could relate to her and it was real conversation. I got only a trim which took 1.5 hours. Being time poor I normally would like less time spent for a trim but I didn't mind because it was a pleasure talking with Julie and she made me feel valued as a customer. Julia also took the time to learn about my hair, my hair concerns and what I wanted in the haircut. She listened well and kept to my requests. All the other staff in the salon seemed nice too, which I've not seen before at a hair salon. As with all other hair salons, my only complaint would be that customers shouldn't be charged so much for a trim/ shouldn't be charged the same price as someone getting a haircut which obviously requires more work and time. Am I the only one to think this?! Will return and highly recommend to others. Thank you Julia and team.

Thank you my hair is perfect! I got exactly what I asked for and I also love the fact that this salon specifies a time longer than 45 mins to an hour to do a cut and blow because I know that my hair won’t be rushed.
