Hannah really understands skincare and gives a quick consultation at the beginning which is really helpful. Overall experience was lovely and relaxing! All the staff are friendly when you come in and very attentive.

The hairdresser was very nice and friendly. £29 for shampoo, cut and blow dry on long hair is good value. I left looking amazing and refreshed. However I feel like the hair cut is not at all what I have asked for, as it is not like the pictures I have shown. Overall happy with the service but think they should listen more to customers
