Really bad experience. Was very clear and specific about what I wanted. Walked out with something vastly different. At one point he said that the floor was an uneven as an explanation for my hair being wonky. Started laughing to “destress” me at one point as he kept cutting off more and more to even out the mess. Had to have the cut corrected later that day at a different salon and they were genuinely shocked that it was so uneven (3+ inches in places!!!) Blow dry was fine. Wish I hadn’t gone - there’s a reason it’s cheap.
