Nil is super patiently and friendly. She'd discuss with you what you'd want your hair to be like and offers great suggestions. She pays a lot of attention to the details. I've got short hair so the back of my head can be tricky to deal with, but Nil took all the time she needed to make it perfect. Will deffo come back again!
