This was a really good value offer. Lovely venue. Really enjoyed spending time relaxing and would have been happy to stay awhile longer!
The facials and massages that we had were excellent and all staff, from arriving to departing were very professional and helpful, especially as it was our first visit.
The only two suggestions that I have for improvement would be
1. to provide slippers with the bathrobes and towels, as coming into the relaxation area after using the hot tub means wet wooden floors, which can be very slippery.
2. I would have expected to be asked to complete a client questionnaire about skin type/illness etc as it was my first visit. This was the first spa I have been to where I was not asked to complete a form when signing in.

Great little day spa highly recommended, nothing to much trouble for the staff and all 5 of us descended wanting different treatments and the spa staff accommodated all our needs. We had a glass of Prosecco in the hot tub with our package and as it was my daughters 18th we ordered another bottle with our lunch and the price was a nice surprise as a lot of these places charge well over the odds for any extras but not this spa...well done to them. I will definitely return, best facial I have experienced runs rings round the higher end spas who charge twice the price.
