The worst customer service! I was booked in for 9.30am, Simona decided not to turn up, didn’t have the decency to call, reschedule or cancel my appointment.
I was waiting for 25 minutes before another stylist came in to open up. He told me the stylists are on holiday, that Simona might not be in, he couldn’t call Simona for me and that there is no manager?!! 😂
Ludicrous! I’ve been a customer with them for years but out of principle, I will never return. I would not recommend. Try supercuts!
