I turned up for my appointment and the place was closed. So I didn’t HAVE an experience! Luckily I managed to get a hair cut somewhere else, but I’d waited specifically for that date to get my hair cut at that place, so I was really let down and annoyed. I emailed Cutwalk directly, but still have had no response. Extremely disappointing, won’t be going there again. 0/10
