The cut was ok (though he cut off two inches and I asked for one) but the experience wasn't great, he pulled my hair a lot while blowdrying, the tea tasted like it had cream and 10 sugars in it, poor magazine selection (travel magazines or Vogue in French) and by not towel drying my hair properly he soaked the back of my top which I have never experienced before at a hairdressers and was most uncomfortable travelling home! And that was the more expensive Stylist, so I wont be going back.

Salon was basic, but fine. Staff were not particularly friendly, but haircut was good and he listened to what I wanted.

My hairdresser was friendly and listened to what I wanted, he also offered great suggestions too- I would return to this salon!
Hair Colouring
The salon was lovely and it was easy to find and Jin was very friendly. I also enjoyed the head massage. The only reason I marked it down was because one of the staff had their child at work with them - she was very well behaved and always did as she was told, but some times was a little bit of a distraction. Over all great experience though.
Ladies' Haircuts
The staff were very professional, friendly and hospitable. The venue is convenient (right beside Victoria Station) and clean. Great head massage!
