I arrived on time but there had been a booking clash, I then had my hair washed and sat waiting for twenty minutes whilst the hairdresser finished another client's cut. I then described how I wanted my hair cut, and was given a very basic cut, with little consultation on how this would suit my chosen style - I had to ask for thinning scissors to be used. Despite showing a picture of what I wanted my hair was then blow dried completely differently, taking a very long time in the process. Not impressed, a very basic cut for too high a price.

Wan did a really nice job of my hair- he was very patient and precise when putting in the colour and asked me loads of questions about my preferences and what exactly I was after. He also did a nice simple cut and gave me useful advice of care for my hair as a first time blonde!
