The place was in flux when I arrived and stank of acetone from the nail bar which was being refit. I booked for a director but was clearly given the junior - when I requested the adjustment I did get a change of stylist but he was mostly distracted by the construction going on. Won't go back.

Reception lady spoke to me very rudely when I said I had an appointment. There was no offer of refreshments. Christina tried to wash my hair before having a consultation on what haircut I actually wanted. Haircut itself was okay but layering methods were dated. Place was very messy and looked rundown. Surprised as there are many good reviews on here.
