I had a pretty good haircut, but felt like it was difficult to communicate with the stylist. After showing them a picture and explaining what I wanted, they asked a ton of questions that ended up confusing the conversation. I only wish they would have used the info I presented to taken charge.
Good overall though...I would go back!

Overall a very weird experience. The stylist I had was told off in front of me and replaced which was very uncomfortable. The new stylist then continued and took me to wash my hair. The manager then told her that she shouldn't wash off the treatment but dry it. She then said to me 'why didn't you tell me?' as if I would've known to correct her mistake!
Treatment itself was fine but I've never experienced such an awkward experience and would not go back.
