Excellent service from Natasha. Very thorough wash and excellent blow dry, which left my hair very straight and smooth, without its usual frizz. Natasha also gave me some good tips on how to look after my hair. Would definitely recommend.

For me, the golden test when it comes to a haircut is what happens when you go BACK. The hairdresser either needs to ask you what you want again - in full - or they need to remember. Sadly, this didn't happen here and I left with a cut that I hate. It's partly my fault for not speaking up, but I assumed Won remembered what I liked, since he certainly didn't ask. I shan't be going back.
