It was a fairly stressful appointment, I'm not going to lie! It took about 4 hours, and halfway through it became obvious that subtle highlights had turned into platinum tiger streaks. I almost cried! The hairdresser didn't do much to reassure me, and only put a wash-in toner which has already washed out after a couple of washes! The cut was good, as the final product looked reasonable, but I'm not sure the stress was worth it!

I had my haircut done by Won and he was absolutely professional. His service was efficient and haircut was top quality. He was the first hairdresser in years who could entangle my long fine hair without hurting me and that means something! Extremely polite, friendly and welcoming. I definitely will be a returning customer. Highly recommended.

I was so extremely pleased!!! My appointment was with Won, whose attention to detail was amazing. He really listened to exactly what I wanted done and what colour to do. Then he really took his time to make sure my highlights were done precisely and finely - I was very impressed and he was pretty quick about it too! The salon is big and bright and spacious so it was very comfortable. I didn't realise a trim was not included and thought the additional charge of £30 was a bit excessive considering all that I asked was for the ends to be cut straight across with no styling, but it needed to be done so I went for it anyway. Generally very pleased and would recommend to my friends

I booked Kostas for a haircut - he was fantastic in understanding what I wanted (I have very curly hair that is rarely ever left to its natural curls!) and also the right amount of small talk - I'm not a chatty person at their hairdressers. He cut it beautifully and gave me a bit of extra volume I wanted for an event that night. 5 stars because the head massage was divine and usually I'm not a fan.
